Minutes are available in Portable Document Format (PDF) format, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your PC to enable you to view the minutes after you have downloaded. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your machine you can download a copy from Adobe Acrobat.
Minutes for a meeting will only be available after they have been confirmed at the following Council meeting.
