Post-secondary schooling to Year 12 is offered in a limited form at Scottsdale and Winnaleah via a Vocational Education and Training (VET) centre. Most year 10 -12 students utilise a daily bus service to Launceston from Bridport and Scottsdale for students to attend the various Launceston pre tertiary and other colleges.
There are also comprehensive tertiary education facilities available in Launceston including a University/Martime College, Polytechnic and Skills Institute.
Offering first class training in a number of trades such as motor vehicle and building. It is also equipped with tow modern computer laboratories that provide training for local businesses and community members in NBN technologies.
