The Minister for Planning issued a Planning Directive 5.1 Bushfire Areas Code which has modified E1.0 - Bushfire-Prone Areas Code on interim planning schemes to reflect the provisions of the revised Bushfire-Prone Areas Code.  This modification came into effect on 1 September 2017.  Please see documentation below outlining the changes that have occured.

The Tasmanian Planning Commission has finalised its assessment report on the Break O’Day, Dorset, George Town, Meander Valley, Northern Midlands and West Tamar Interim Planning Schemes. Modifications to the Interim Scheme

 

Draft Amendment 1/2018 – Dorset Interim Planning Scheme 2013 – 6 Arnold Place Scottsdale and Hawkes Place Scottsdale Rezoning – 18 July 2018

The Tasmanian Planning Commission has approved the above draft amendment to rezone (i) 6 Arnold Place SCOTTSDALE (Certificate of Title 56108/6) and (ii) Hawkes Place SCOTTSDALE (Certificate of Title 9414/303) - both Council owned - from Open Space Zone to General Residential Zone.
