Councillors and Officers are visiting Tomahawk on Friday, 23 January between 2-4pm in the first of a series of community meet and greet sessions in Dorset.
Please be advised that works will commence on Golconda Road between Nabowla Road and the Blumont Railway Yard on Monday, 19 January 2026. There will be lengthy delays. Please take alternate routes if possible. These works are expected to take approximately 5-6 weeks, weather permitting.

DORSET COUNCIL WINS 2025 LAND MANAGERS AWARD FOR BLUE DERBY MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS
Dorset Council are excited to be announced as the winner of the Excellence in Destination Management (promotion and maintenance) category at the 2025 Land Managers Awards night held as part of the Sea Otter Australia Summit, held in Batemans Bay on Thursday night.
Next Monday, 20 October the monthly Council Meeting will be held at the Derby Town Hall, commencing at 6:00pm. Prior to the Meeting, a community meet and greet session will be held, commencing at 5:00pm. Community members are welcome to drop in and meet Councillors and Council’s Executive Management Team - light refreshments will be provided.
