Briefing of Decisions taken at the Council Meeting held on 17 August 2020
- Adopted the Bridge Asset Management Plan 2020 – 2030
- Agreed to the following variations to the 2020 – 2021 Annual Plan:
- Defer Item 2 Review Financial Management Strategy to the 2021 – 2022 Annual Plan;
- Defer Item 11 Public Interest Disclosures Act (Policy No. 32) to the June 2021 quarter; and
- Alter and add the following to Item 3 Review Asset Management Plans
- Add the review and update of the Stormwater Asset Management Plan to the June 2021 quarter;
- Add the review and update of the Asset Management Strategy to the June 2021 quarter;
- Alter the title of Item 3 from Review Asset Management Plans to Review Asset Management Strategy and Asset Management Plans
- Awarded Contract 2019/20-10 – Bridport Seaside Caravan Park “Caretaker Agreement” to a nominated tenderer in the Closed Session portion of the Meeting.
