Dog Registrations | Due 1 June 2021

Renewal of annual dog registrations is now drawing near. If your dog currently has an annual registration with us, you will be receiving a letter in the mail shortly advising upon renewal of the registration and payment options.

If your dog has recently become 6 months of age, you’ll need to get in contact with us to arrange a new registration – whether that is a lifetime or annual registration. Upon registration, you will receive a medallion that will need to be attached to your dog’s collar permanently. This medallion has a number on it to help identify your dog, as well as providing Council details and a contact number.

You can either register your dog by coming into the Council offices at 3 Ellenor Street, Scottsdale and being assisted by one of our friendly customer service staff, or otherwise over the phone via contacting our friendly customer service staff on 6352 6500. Please note that dogs need to be registered with persons aged 18 years or over.

If you haven’t registered your dog by June 30 you may incur a penalty, so please be sure to finalise your dog’s registration as soon as possible.
