Pursuant to Section 14(a)(iv) of the Local Government (Highways) Act 1982, please be advised that Council intends to permanently close a small portion of Frederick Street, Derby, situated approximately 20 metres from the junction onto Main Street.
The proposed road closure will not impede vehicle accessibility of the Frederick Street road pavement.
A plan illustrating the applicable portion of road subject to this Notice is available below or at the Dorset Council Chambers during office hours at 3 Ellenor Street, Scottsdale for a period of 28 days, from 7 July 2021 to 6 August 2021.
Any interested persons may address their objection of the proposed partial road closure in writing addressed to the General Manager, Dorset Council, PO Box 21, Scottsdale TAS 7260 or by email to email@example.com
Objections must be lodged at the Council Office within the public notification period and by no later than 5:00pm on 6 August 2021.
