To hire a Council facility, the Facility Hire - Terms and Conditions must be read and an Application for Facility Hire Form (see below) must be completed.
There is also provision for hirers to purchase casual public liability insurance from Council when hiring a Council facility, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
Since the 2017/18 financial year, Council decided to remove fees for the use of community halls and facilities when being used for community purposes, and the entry fees into the Scottsdale and Branxholm swimming pools have also been removed.
