Fencing Information

For any land adjoining Council land, an application can be submitted to Council to have an adjoining fence erected or repaired. Please use the form below.

For neighbourly fence agreements or disputes, Council has no juridiction over these. More information on your rights can be found in the Boundary Fences Act 1908 which can be searched and viewed here
