If you are paying on the internet with a notice issued after the 1st July 2013 please use the following link, Service Tasmania. You will need the Billpay Code and Reference provided on the back of your notice as shown below:
Contact your bank, credit union or building society to make this payment from your cheque, savings or credit card account. The Biller code and your reference number can be found on your notice.

PAYMENT BY PHONE
Payment by phone may be made by calling Postbillpay on 1300 729 859 and follow the prompts. You will need your Billpaycode and Reference number which can be found on your notice.
PAYMENT IN PERSON
Present your notice with your payment to the cashier at the Scottsdale office, 3 Ellenor Street, Scottsdale. Office hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Credit Card and EFTPOS are available.
Payments may be made in Person at any Australia Post outlet Australia wide.
Simply present your notice with the Postbillpay details to the Australia Post cashier.
SERVICE TASMANIA SHOP
Payment in person at any Service Tasmania shop can be made using cash, cheque, debit, Visa or Mastercard. Simply present your notice.
You are able to pay your rates on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis with Council's Direct Debit option. From October 2018 Council now offer 'by instalment' as a Direct Debit option when paying rates. Download the Direct Debit Application Form here, and return it to Council. Contact Council offices on 03 6352 6500 for further information on how to pay Rates via Direct Debit.
