Informal Meet & Greet Session and Council Meeting - Derby
NOTICE is given that the next Ordinary Meeting of the Dorset Council will be held Monday, 20 March 2023 at the Derby Hall, 80-82 Main Street, Derby commencing at 6:00 pm.
Prior to the Council Meeting, an informal 'meet and greet' session will be held commencing at 5:30 pm for any members of the public to come and chat with Councillors and Council's Management Team - there is no requirement to register for this.
Members of the public are invited to attend in person, however, if any member of the public is feeling unwell, please do not attend.
Items listed for discussion/decision at the Council Meeting are:
- Management Briefing Report
- Corporate Credit Card Policy Review
- Blue Derby Operations Transfer – Memorandum of Understanding
A recording of the Council Meeting, except for any part held in Closed Session, will be made available to the public as soon as practicable after the Meeting via Council’s website and social media.
Any member of the public attending the Council Meeting is to ensure that any mobile devices are switched to silent or off during the Meeting. No unauthorised filming or recording of the Meeting is allowed. Please also be aware of the meeting procedures and Council guidelines for asking public questions during question time or presenting a deputation.
If any member of the public is feeling unwell, please do not attend.
