Planning Commission
The Tasmanian Planning Commission has approved the Dorset Local Provisions Schedule which commenced the operation of the Tasmanian Planning Scheme in the Dorset municipality on 18 January 2023.
Any application lodged from the 18 January 2023 will be subject to the Tasmanian Planning Scheme, which in Dorset is made up of the State Planning Provisions and the Dorset Local Provisions Schedule, and includes mapping depicting zones, specific area plans, site specific qualifications, and codes overlays.
