Scottsdale Master Plan

This project is to undertake a comprehensive master planning exercise in regards to the town and the surrounding areas infrastructure, recreational and community assets and visitor experience. The aim is for the project to consolidate business, industry, visitor and resident knowledge and data to inform future development and ensure growth, stability and investment into the town, the community and the region as a whole. Part of the project is to undertake consultation with local residents and businesses to determine the needs of the town and region to better improve the liveability and sense of community. Resulting data will inform investment of resources and infrastructure into the region to ensure positive outcomes for the community.

The Request for Quote (RFQ) process for engaging a consultant to undertake the project has recently concluded.  Assessment of submissions is currently underway, with a decision on the preferred consultant expected by the end of September.

This project is part of the Dorset: Future Ready project.
