This project is to progress two subdivisions within Scottsdale - One residential and one light industrial.

The initial stage will see the progression of a scheme amendment and development of specific area plans.

The Planning Scheme amendment scope has been reviewed and the contract awarded.  Work on the initial stage to develop the scheme amendment and specific area plans commenced in July 2026.
