This project is to progress two subdivisions within Scottsdale - One residential and one light industrial.

The initial stage will see the progression of a scheme amendment and development of specific area plans.

The Planning Scheme amendment scope has been reviewed and the contract awarded. Work is anticipated to commence prior to June 2026.
