Playground Upgrades
This project is to undertake upgrades at key playground sites across North East Tasmania.
Minor Upgrade - Lions Adventure Playground, Bridport
Bridport Foreshore, Bridport
Works will be commencing shortly to realign the foreshore pathway around the playground, install CCTV and undertake minor landscaping works.
Minor Upgrade - Children's Reserve/Anzac Park, Scottsdale
George Street, Scottsdale
Works have commenced to refurbish the toilets at the Children's Reserve and are anticipated to be completed by the end of June 2026.
The above upgrades were initiated as a result of feedback and data collated as part of the Playground Facility Audit Report.
The above playground upgrades are being funded via a 2024 State Election Commitment and Dorset Council.
