Briefing of Decisions made at the Council Meeting held on 19 December at the Council Chambers
- Adopted revised Policy No. 52 – Related Party Disclosures.
- Adopted revised Policy No. 50 – Gifts and Benefits and associated Guidelines.
- Adopted revised and renamed Policy No. 20 – Public Liability Insurance for Users of Council Facilities.
- Acting as the Planning Authority, approved a planning application for use and development of three visitor accommodation units at 101 Main Street, Bridport, subject to conditions.
- Adopted a revised 2022/23 Annual Plan with variations included relating to green waste, Blue Derby operation transfer and the October 2022 flood event.
- Awarded Contract 2022/23-02 – replacement of bridge 1515 Maurice Road and bridge 1617 Duncraggen Road to a preferred tenderer in the Closed Session portion of the Meeting.
