  • Received and noted the report on income raised from service rates and charges in 2024/25, with the same report to be submitted to the Minister for Local Government by 30 September to satisfy Board of Inquiry Ministerial Direction 3.
  • Committed to progressing the introduction of a Food Organics and Garden Organics (FOGO) kerbside collection service for Scottsdale and Bridport, with a target implementation being the 2027/28 financial year, and authorised Officers to prepare a comprehensive business case and rollout strategy.
  • Received and noted the Council external grant funding update.
  • Received the Code of Conduct Panel Determination Report, dated 5 January 2023, in relation to a complaint made by Mr Karl Willrath against former Councillors Greg Howard and Leonie Stein.
