Appointed Councillor Edwina Powell as the Chair for the February Council Meeting.
Noted the declarations of office from Jan Hughes and Wendy McLennan, elected via recount on 11 February 2025.
Withdrew item 17/2025 relating to the Acting Appointment of a Deputy Mayor from the Agenda, with the item to be discussed at a Special Council Meeting in early March 2025.
Approved a planning application for the construction and use of a petrol station including accesses onto Bridport Road and associated signage at 1954 Bridport Road, Bridport, subject to conditions.
Received the quarterly financial report for the period ended 31 December 2024.
Received the quarterly report and financials on the Blue Derby Mountain Bike Trails for the period ended 31 December 2024.
Noted community updates on the Bridport pedestrian crossing and speed limit project, amended community Council Meeting locations for 2025, and the relocation of the Scottsdale electric vehicle charger.
