- Acting as a Planning Authority, approved a planning application for a 3-lot subdivision at 18 Union Street, Scottsdale, subject to conditions.
- Received and noted the 2025/26 Annual Plan – December Quarterly Report, and supported the deferral of activity 20, review of Policy No. 39 – Community Consultation and Communications.
- Received and noted the Dorset Board of Inquiry Directions Quarterly Report for the period 1 October to 31 December 2025.
- Agreed to enter a 3-year membership and funding agreement with the Northern Tasmania Development Corporation for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029, authorised the General Manager to execute the same agreement on behalf of Council, and noted a progress report from the Corporation for the period 1 July – 30 September 2025.
- Endorsed draft Policy No. 27 – Youth, for community engagement.
