Free Bus Travel and Dorset Connector Information

The Premier announced yesterday that Tasmanians will travel free on buses and ferries from today, Monday 30 March until 1 July 2026.

There are also low cost travel options available in Dorset specifically via Health Consumers Tasmania through Better Health 4 Dorset partnering with the Community Transport Service Tasmania (CTST). Known as the Dorset Connector, this service includes access for residents to safe and reliable transport - see image for more details.
