Public Notices

The Tasmanian Government has advised Council that a new Child and Family Learning Centre will be constructed in Scottsdale, with works expected to commence in 2026. The proposed location for the facility is on the Scottsdale Primary School site.

This is a fantastic announcement for Dorset, and Scottsdale in particular, with the facility providing free access to a range of services. Public consultation will open on 17 February - with further details available here.
