TasWater Notice of Work – Scottsdale – Water Main Renewal

To complete these works, TasWater contractor Paneltec will require access to King Street between William Street and Charles Street.

• Works will commence on Monday, 17 February 2024, between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm (weekdays), and continue for approximately six weeks, weather permitting.
• Traffic management will be in place with some restrictions to off-street parking during construction.
• Works will be carried out on King Street in sections of up to 50-metres at a time, ensuring that any disruptions to traffic flow and parking is minimised as much as possible.
• Businesses and residents in the vicinity of the works will notice increased construction vehicle movement as well as additional vehicle and construction-related noise.

The TasWater contractor will be taking steps to ensure that impacts on businesses and residents are kept to a minimum.
