Amenities Cleaner (Scottsdale & Bridport)

Looking for a role where you can make a visible difference in your community? We are seeking a part-time Amenities Cleaner to join our team.

In this role, you’ll maintain the public amenities that our community uses and enjoys every day. You’ll see the impact of your work firsthand, knowing your efforts make a real difference in how people experience our community facilities. While this role is primarily based in Scottsdale and Bridport, you’ll also work in other locations across the municipality as required.

  • Receive a base rate of $31.96 per hour + super

What you’ll do:

  • Clean and maintain public amenities, including toilets, parks, and community areas
  • Carry out routine cleaning, waste disposal, and restocking of supplies
  • Ensure all spaces are tidy, hygienic, and welcoming for the community

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is flexible and available to work weekends, public holidays, and additional hours during peak periods as needed
  • Is friendly, approachable, proactive, and reliable
  • Enjoys working independently as well as part of a team
  • Takes pride in their work, and will ensure that Council amenities are maintained to a high standard for the community
  • Has experience in commercial or public amenities cleaning, including familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals (highly regarded)
  • Holds an unrestricted Driver’s License (essential)
