Briefing of Decisions made at the Council Meeting held on 18 August at the Council Chambers
- Awarded Contract 2025/26-02 – Bituminous Sealing of Roads Infrastructure to the recommended tenderer in the Closed Session portion of the Meeting.
- Acting as a Planning Authority approved a planning application for the construction of additional multiple dwellings (3 units) with access and services works within a road reserve at 22 Main Street, Ringarooma, subject to conditions.
- Resolved to delegate specific powers and functions to the General Manager under the Emergency Management Act 2006 and Occupational Licensing Act 2005, updated various other delegations as required by legislative changes, and received and noted the reviewed Master Delegation Register, version July 2025.
