Council wants to work with our community - gathering feedback when updating policies to ensure the needs of our community are always being met. Have your say on the revised Dorset Council Dog Management Policy.
Policy 37 Dog Management Policy (the Policy) was adopted by Council in May 2021. It is scheduled on the 2026-2027 Annual Plan for review September 2026.
The policy was endorsed for community engagement at the September 21, 2026 Council Meeting. To understand the changes being put forward please read the Agenda.
Council invites the community to participate in this review by providing feedback on the Policy over a four-week timeframe.
Dorset Council have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act).
